Last week I returned from 3 weeks holidays travelling around Italy. It was my first real opportunity to go around on my own (not for business) and see something of Europe since I moved here 5 years ago, so I really enjoyed the trip. Italy is a great place, there is so much to see and do you could spend months trying to fit it all in. I really liked Cinque Terre, a beautiful area on the west coast, made of of five small coastal towns that you can only get to by walking. Anyway, as usual here is a couple of pics....

How awesome is Cinque Terre! Love it. That's where we had to fang it from to your place in Bern in a day, when we got our days mixed up ha ha! How's Fremd coming along? Keen to see it :)

good to see u are back to making an impact with the blog... i was starting to get a bit dissapointed when i checked your blog every day from work...
Italy sounds sweet, and some nice shots as well... u could do a sideline as a shutterbug...
not much news here, we have survived 2 "30yr storms" with our hatches still battened down.
keep the posts acoming.
Wow, people actually read my ramblings! Sweet!
Ros, Cinque Terre is indeed awesome, and you really must have fanged it to get up to Bern in one day... But I think we have you beat, we drove from just south of Naples up to Zurich in one day, 13 hours straight, just so Jenny could see little gromit ;-) And Fremd is coming soon I promise, but it might be europe only to start with, we'll see....
